By accessing, registering for an account, or enrolling in any course on InnoPower AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
Section 2: User Accounts and Registration
To access our courses, quizzes, and community features, you must create a user account.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- Single User Access: Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing account credentials to allow multiple users to access course materials under a single registration is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Section 3: Course Access, Quizzes, and Certifications
InnoPower AI provides access to both free and premium artificial intelligence education courses.
- License to Content: Upon enrollment, InnoPower AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
- Assessments and Quizzes: Completion of certain courses requires passing multiple-choice quizzes or other assessments. We reserve the right to modify grading criteria, quiz formats, and passing requirements at any time to maintain academic integrity.
- Certifications: Certificates of completion (e.g., for the Master Trainer Certification or AI Literacy courses) are awarded solely at the discretion of InnoPower AI based on the successful completion of required course modules and assessments. Certificates are non-transferable and may not be altered.
Section 4: Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on the Site, including but not limited to video lectures, course graphics, text, quizzes, code snippets, logos, and the AI Studio interface, is the exclusive property of InnoPower AI or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without the prior written consent of InnoPower AI.
Section 5: Acceptable Use and User Conduct
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Services:
- To engage in academic dishonesty, including cheating on quizzes or submitting work that is not your own.
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- To attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site, including attempting to bypass any security measures or access restrictions.
Section 6: Fees, Payments, and Refunds
While some courses on InnoPower AI may be offered for free (such as our foundation courses), other advanced courses, masterclasses, or certifications may require payment.
- Billing: By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
- Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all sales are final. If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
Section 7: Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all included content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. InnoPower AI makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or financial gains resulting from the completion of our AI courses.
Section 8: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall InnoPower AI, its affiliates, directors, employees, or instructors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Indianapolis, Indiana, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
